

RANGER
A ranged, physical damage dealer who can gank effectively, striking from stealth with strong burst damage and crowd control and can provide good utility to the team with their traps and scouting abilites. This character works most effectively as a jungler but could also fill the mid lane or then bottom lane roles.
Abilities

Camouflage
Passive
After standing still in proximity to terrain for a couple of seconds you become invisible to all enemies outside of a very close range. Moving off of terrain for more than a moment or engaging in combat will remove this effect. Your first two basic attacks from stealth deals bonus damage and has increased range.
Notes: This passive effect allows the ranger to sneak around the battlefield at all times and grants them some additional burst damage, making this an excellent ganking tool if used well.

Poison Arrow
Q
Reset your basic attack timer and empower your next basic attack, causing it to apply a debuff to the target that slows them a moderate amount for a short duration and deals moderate physical damage scaling with you attack damage over a moderate duration. Short cooldown
Notes: The slow effect of this ability allows the Ranger to keep aggressors at bay and helps to stop targets from fleeing. The damage over time effect grants some much needed sustained damage customary for the marksman class. The fact this is an auto-attack reset slightly increases the skill cap of the character and allows the ability to provide a bit more burst damage too. Your passive buffing your first two attacks allows you to attack and then Q with extra damage and range.

Snare Trap
W
Throw a trap at a nearby target location, it has a moderate duration. If an enemy steps on the trap they will take moderate physical damage, be rooted for a short duration and then by affected by a moderate slow that decays over a moderate duration, this destroys the trap. Basic attacks against trapped enemies gain greatly increased range and slightly increased damage. Moderate cooldown.
Notes: This is a useful tool for setting up ambushes on targets. Placing the trap in a choke point or into the path of an enemy and then waiting to burst them down from long range. The damage and range bonus stacks with the bonus from the passive, allowing you to attack enemies from very far away.

Falconry
E
Activate to let your falcon loose. The falcon will travel in a straight line until it reaches your maximum auto attack range, at which point it will fly back to you. The Falcon grants vision around itself at all times, passively increasing your vision range when it is not loose. If it collides with an enemy which loose, the falcon will attack them from a short duration, dealing moderate physical damage. The falcon is untargetable. Moderate cooldown.
Notes: Additional vision allows this ranged assassin to target opponents over walls. If used from stealth on a trapped enemy, this ability can be used from very far away, enabling you to deal a nice chunk of burst damage with your auto attacks and then follow it up with both the damage over time from your Q and this E.

Beast-Master
R
Summon your trusty panther to fight by your side. The panther has no max duration and can move anywhere on the map. Use this ability to command them to go to a target location or to attack a target. Your companion attacks with moderately powerful, physical damage basic attacks with high attack speed, has high movement speed and moderate health but low resistances by default but gains stats equal to a % of your bonus stats. If your companion is killed it will be put on a long cooldown before it can be summoned again. Your companion can also use the camouflage ability and their first attack from stealth leaps them to their target.
Notes: Ranger's ultimate effectively grants the player a second character to manage alongside their champion. This creates a very high skill cap as having to track both character's locations may be confusing at first but will be very rewarding to those who choose to master the champion. With this ability a player can gank a lane while farming the jungle, they can take dragon while destroying a turret, or they can simply keep both characters together to burst down opponents in combat.
