CHO'GATH
The Terror of the Void
Cho'Gath is supposed to be a consumer of worlds, an enormous, otherworldly monster. Sadly in-game he is mostly just a big AP tank who ends up with a lot of health. This rework aims to bring this fantasy to life better by having him focus more on gaining Feast stacks and swapping him to scale with AD, better reflecting his powerful physical stature.
Abilities

Void Beast
Passive
Cho'Gath gains attack damage and size scaling with his maximum health. Killing an enemy restores health and mana.

Notes: This simple passive encourages the player to opt for a health-focused build, allowing them to passively gain some damage by doing so. It also retains his old passive effect which evokes the feeling of sustaining yourself by consuming enemies.

Rupture
Q
Cho'Gath drives tentacles into the ground which then rupture the earth at the target location, dealing physical damage scaling with AD to all enemies in a small area and slowing them. The slow and AoE increase with Feast stacks. At Monster this knocks up enemies for an amount of time scaling with Feast stacks. At Titan this deals additional physical damage over the knock up duration.

Notes: Cho's Q has always been an enjoyable bit of CC, so I have kept it mostly intact. Swapping it to AD and having the effects and size scale with Feast stacks is thematically more interesting as it means that a small, low stack Cho will just hit a couple of enemies with a slow whereas a huge late game Cho can send a whole team flying into the air. Having the ability start as a slow also allows room to reduce its extortionately expensive mana cost so it can be used more in lane.

Feral Scream
W
Cho'Gath lets out a deafening scream, dealing physical damage scaling with AD to all enemies in a small cone in the target direction and silencing them for a short duration. The silence duration and AoE increase with Feast stacks. At Monster this ability can be cast while moving and can be channelled for up to 1 second, dealing bonus damage over this time and continually refreshing the duration of the Silence effect. At Titan this ability causes enemies hit to run away in fear instead of being silenced, effects all enemies in an area around Cho'Gath rather than in a cone and does not prevent you from performing other actions during the channel.

Notes: Having another form of AoE CC has always been nice for Cho but a short sharp shriek never felt fitting for such a huge monster. WIth the feast stack scaling and swap to AD, a late game Cho can low let out a huge bellowing roar as he stomps into battle, rocking enemies to their core.

Vorpal Spikes
E
Cho'Gath resets his basic attack timer and for the next 6 seconds gains increased attack speed and causes basic attacks to fire out a number of spikes in a cone ahead of them, each dealing physical damage scaling with their AD to the first enemy they hit. These spikes can effect structures. The speed, range, quantity of the spikes all scale with Feast stacks. At Monster the spikes embed themselves in the target, dealing a small amount of bonus physical damage over a short duration and slowing the target before exploding for more physical damage. This explosion does bonus damage to structures. At Titan the spikes home in on enemies, prioritising low health enemies and champions.

Notes: Vorpal Spikes serves as a nice source of damage for Cho in lane but simply dealing some extra magic damage in an area ahead of him doesn't feel very thematic and they tend to feel quite mild later in the game. Making the spikes actual projectiles and having them scale with Feast stacks makes them feel much more impactful throughout the game but less obnoxious early has it doesn't give Cho free poke through minions. The spikes now hitting structures greatly improves Cho's split pushing power and means he no longer runs into the issue of accidentally hitting an enemy champion when striking turrets.

Feast
R
Cho'Gath bites in the target direction, dealing physical damage scaling with his attack damage to the first enemy hit and healing himself for an amount equal to the damage dealt. Killing a target with this grants Feast stacks, 1 for a minion or monster or 50 for a champion or epic monster. Cho'Gath gains health and size based on his Feast stacks. The effectiveness of Cho'Gath's abilities scale with his Feast stacks and at certain Feast stack amounts he evolves, granting his abilities extra effects. 0-149 stacks = Raptor. 150-399 stacks = Monster. 400+ Titan. At Monster this ability gains greatly increased range as Cho'Gath picks up the effected enemy with grasping tendrils and pulls them to him before devouring them. At Titan this ability gains increased width and effects all enemies hit.

Notes: This new version of Feast is now the core of Cho's kit rather than just some point and click burst damage that rewards max health on kill. Instead Cho now empowers his abilities and grants them extremely impactful bonus effects at the evolution breakpoints. This way we see Cho start out as a small, viscous Raptor and eventually transform into a terrifying Titan able to wreak havoc on whole teams on enemies.
